At that time, the laptop which appeared quietly at HP Malaysia’s website carries an Intel Core i5-10300H processor alongside NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics, 8GB DDR4-2933 RAM, and 512GB PCIe NVMe solid state drive. The 15.6-inch display on this particular variant also features a 60Hz Full HD panel. After the official launch today, somehow it still remained as the only Omen 15 variant listed on HP Malaysia’s website. However, we have since received further information that there might be two more variations making their way here. Both of these 2020 Omen 15 models will feature Intel Core i7-10750H processor, Full HD display, and 1TB solid state drive. To differentiate them apart, one of the variants carries an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 graphics alongside 8GB system RAM and 144Hz display panel while the other unit comes with a GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q, 16GB RAM, and 300Hz panel. Pricewise, the 2020 Omen 15 with Core i5 and GTX 1650 remains the same at RM 4439 just like back in October while the Core i7 variant with RTX 2060 is said to be priced at RM 6499. Unfortunately, the pricing for the top-range model with RTX 2070 Max-Q graphics is still not yet available for the time being. We have since reached out to HP Malaysia to obtain official confirmation of these new specifications. In the meantime, you can keep a look for the new 2020 Omen 15 gaming laptop at HP Malaysia’s official website as well as its Lazada and Shopee stores or authorised HP dealers throughout the country.
