The company claimed that the Apple TV+ is the “new home for the world’s most creative storytellers”. Based on the list of people that Apple works with in order to deliver original contents for its new video subscription service, the company does have a sound foundation to make such a bold claim.
Among the big names that Apple has roped in includes Steven Spielberg, J.J Abrams, M.Night Shyamalan, Ron Howard, Jon M. Chu, Sofia Coppola, Damien Chazelle, Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Steve Carrell, Jason Momoa, Kumail Nanjiani, Hailee Steinfeld, Sara Bareilles, and many more. Even the Sesame Street gang and Oprah Winfrey will have their own original shows on Apple TV+ which showed that Apple is working hard to cover plenty of genre for its new service. Being a subscription service, Apple has confirmed that there will be no ads shown on Apple TV+ and one subscription can be shared up to six people within a family thanks to the company’s Family Sharing feature. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bt5k5Ix_wS8 While Apple has yet to reveal the actual pricing or exact rollout date for the new video subscription service, the company stated that the Apple TV+ will be made available later this year through Apple TV app in more than 100 countries across the world.
