Equipped with IPS panel, the MateBook D 15 is powered by an AMD Ryzen 5 3500U processor which also carries an integrated AMD Radeon Vega 8 graphics. In Malaysia, the 1.53kg laptop also comes standard with 8GB DDR4-2400 RAM, 256GB NVMe PCIs solid state drive, and 1TB hard drive. Other than that, the MateBook D 15 feature a dual-purpose USB Type-C port which can be used to charge the laptop with its 65W charger that allows the laptop’s 42Whr battery to be charged up to 53% in just 30 minutes. The same port can be utilized for data transfer.
Completing its I/O port line-up are two USB 2.0 and one USB 3.0 Type-A ports as well as one HDMI port and 3.5mm audio jack. The MateBook D 15 also comes with a pop-up webcam, together with the support for Huawei Share technology which allows users to seamlessly share screen and files with their Huawei smartphones.
