The renders were posted by Slashleaks, and before that, on the Chinese blogging site, Weibo. As mentioned, the phone looks true to form; in particular image, the phone actually looks identical to the patent designs initially filed by Motorola. Unlike the indefinitely delayed Samsung Galaxy Fold or Huawei Mate X, the Razr employs a clamshell folding pattern, rather than a sideways folding design. Surprisingly, one of the images also showcases renders of the foldable Razr’s complementary accessories. Including a charging dock, protective case, plus the standard USB-C cable and earphone. Also, while there is still no confirmation, it looks like the phone won’t have a dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack, if the render of the USB-C to 3.5mm dongle in the render is to be believed.
As a reminder, these renders are mere that; artistic impressions of the final design of a yet unreleased device. As such, and until Motorola itself makes an official statement about the subject, we do advise you to take this bit of news with a grain of salt. (Source: Slashleaks via Techspot)
