According to a credible horror website, Bloody Disgusting, with the release of John Wick 3, the highly proficient assassin has now officially taken out more people than Michael and Jason combined. If their calculations are accurate, the Baba Yaga has taken the lives of 306 people over the course of John Wick, John Wick: Chapter 2 and John Wick: Chapter 3 — Parabellum.
This does not mean that Michael and Jason are slouchers. The unflinching serial killer from the Halloween franchise has taken out 140 souls, while Jason has brutally murdered 157 people throughout the course of his movies. That’s a combined total of 297 kills. But what makes John Wick’s record even more impressive is the fact that he has only been featured in three films thus far, compared to Jason’s and Michael’s cumulative total of 23 slasher flicks. And if you’re wondering how the rest of the horror icons have performed over the years, well, compared to Mr Wick, they’ve been good little boys. According to Slash Film, Freddy Krueger from the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise has only killed 34 people so far, while the Child’s Play franchise has over 59 deaths.
