Another company has recently made it way to the AppGallery too, and that’s McDonald’s Malaysia. Available through AppGallery’s Quick Apps section, this allows you to utilize McDonald’s services such as deliveries without downloading a full app, hence saving the storage space it would’ve taken otherwise.
As mentioned, there are a fair number of apps that are already available on the Huawei AppGallery. From the aforementioned telcos to banks, and even the Malaysian government’s COVID-19 monitoring app, MySejahtera. The Chinese tech giant is also still looking to have Google apps in, even if it can’t have GMS. With more and more apps coming in, it will be easier for users in the country to adapt to the lack of GMS and the Google Play Store. And with the recent launch of the company’s P40 phones, this may be good news to those looking to pick up the new Huawei flagship phone.
