The brand recently made a post on its official MIUI page, stating that it was working alongside Google and Qualcomm to come up with a fix for the missing Windvine L1 DRM. And that it would try to release a beta for the Pocophone F1 before the end of year.
It still remains to be seen how Xiaomi intends to implement the fix by asking users to send their Pocophone F1 to an official Xiaomi store to physically update the devices, or if the brand will be issuing it via an OTA update. (Source: MIUI)
